Smooth, permeable resin bound driveways, patios and paths. No loose stones, no puddles and almost nothing to do to keep them looking new.
A resin bound surface gives you a flat, seamless finish that water soaks straight through. No loose stones rattling around the car, no puddles by the front door and no sweeping the drive every weekend.
Natural stone is mixed with a clear resin on site and trowelled onto a solid base by hand. Every piece of stone is coated on all sides before it goes down, so nothing works loose. The finished depth is usually 18mm on a driveway and 15mm on a path or patio, laid over a solid, bound base.

Usually yes, if it is tarmac or concrete and still in good condition. We check for cracking, movement and drainage first. Resin cannot go straight over block paving, gravel or slabs, because those surfaces move independently and the resin would crack.
Usually not. In England, permission is generally needed only where more than five square metres of a front garden is covered in a material water cannot pass through and the water has nowhere to drain within your boundary. Resin bound paving is permeable, so it normally falls outside that. Permitted development rights can be restricted on some properties, so we always check before quoting, and listed buildings and conservation areas have their own rules.
Most domestic driveways are finished in one to three days. It is walkable the same day and ready for the car after 24 to 48 hours.
Not from underneath. The surface is sealed against anything pushing up through it. Windblown seeds can settle in debris on top, and a sweep deals with those in seconds.
