Repairs to block paving, resin, tarmac and slabs. Sunken areas relaid, cracks filled and joints re-sanded.
Not every tired driveway needs ripping out. A sunken patch, a few loose blocks or a cracked slab is a repair, and a repair costs a fraction of a replacement.
We look at what has actually gone wrong, tell you straight whether it is worth fixing, and put it right properly. Fixing the surface without fixing the cause just buys you a year, so we deal with the cause first.

One team covers the whole job from the excavation to the final sweep. Here is what is included as standard.
Lifted, the base rebuilt and your original blocks relaid.
Replaced and matched as closely as we can.
Failed kerbs cut out and concreted back in.
Tarmac cut back to a square edge and filled properly.
Cut out to a clean edge and a fresh mix trowelled in.
Blocked gullies cleared and every joint refilled.
No surprises and no disappearing acts. You always know who is coming, what is happening next and roughly how long it will take.
We come and look properly, checking the drainage and the edges as well as the obvious damage.
Sometimes it is a half day job. Sometimes the base has gone and a repair would waste your money. You get told which.
Blocks and slabs are taken up and set aside so your own materials can go back down.
Fresh sub-base compacted properly, with the drainage sorted if that is what caused the failure.
Everything back in the original pattern, joints re-sanded or repointed, the area washed down and all waste taken away.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. A single sunken bay or a handful of rocking blocks is a perfectly normal job for us. There is no minimum size.
A repair makes sense when the damage is limited to one or two areas and the rest is still flat and sound. Where the base has failed across the whole drive, replacing is the better spend, and we will say so.
Yes. The damaged section is cut out to a clean edge, the base beneath is repaired and a fresh mix is trowelled in. A new patch can look a shade different at first before it weathers in.
